The thought that the theme song will change is very disconcerting. It has been part of a national identity for 40 years!!!

Hi Lisa, You're missing HNIC, eh? Actually, enough is enough. Nobody should be playing hockey in June! I just discovered your blog and will make my way through your posts in the days to come. I am living in Regina, SK but originally from Calgary (where it sounds like you are from??) My girlfriend is in Rio. We have been together for about three years. Was in Rio in late Feb. until just after Easter. My gf is coming here in about three weeks. Anyway, I have a Canadian friend in Rio, a journalist from Vancouver. We should all get together some day.
